Insaan hone ka dukh

Pranayam: Its really very good to see that we are finally talking about Pranayam (at least if not doing it); loads of applause for Rev. Baba Ramdev, who has initiated this mahayagya to educate Us Indians about our own culture and historical techniques for healthy being. I would not like to go on saying and writing a long essay on the topic as I am sure lots would have been converted in black and white already. Would like to convey my passing thoughts for all of you as I do…. Would consider myself successful even if a single heart can change after reading this one: read on........
We spend so much money on medication and health products I don’t say that we should stop all of it We can surely avoid most of it, just by adopting the right way of living (to start with) Though it is very difficult in the beginning; specially for a person like me; I realized that it affects drastically as soon as one adopts it. Initially even I did not believe it; feeling that its just another Baba on the block trying to preach his own way of life In the beginning my father used to tell me about all his teachings and preachings (and I, as a faithful son used to listed to it.. …. …. but eventually used to like … ek kan se suna aur doosre se bahar .. you know what I mean) Before moving forward, would like to tell you that he had the following problems: >> Entire hair on his head had gone white >> Doctors had advised bypass in near future; was already having High BP >> He had filarial in his left leg (which would be very painful esp in the winter season.) >> Joint pain from time to time >> Because of the high BP, doctor had advised him to eat few tablets daily and also >> He is 62, and his body looked so; skin and all .. you know … (this is when I last saw him in mid 2006) And shockingly, when I saw him few weeks back (around December 2007 last week.. I could hardly recognize him … first thing I noticed was his skin.. it had become lot more softer He had stopped eating those high BP tablets Amazingly, I could see new hair that too black in colour growing on his head Man …. This was simply awesome .. wish I could upload his pic here… Filaria from his leg had disappeared just like anything…. Overall, he seemed to be much happier than before… lot more happier ( I guess this was because he was in a far better state this time and also had got rid of problems that were after him for so long now) The best part …… for all of this.. he did not spend even a penny… Wows !!! Hail Baba Ramdev and his eye-opening knowledge ….. since now I have a proof in my house, I had to believe it As a result, I took proper lessons from my father ..and am now following it … and believe me .. I have benefited from it as well ….hehe ..call me for more details now….. would be my pleasure to let you know !!!!!!! Take care world .. Save yourself from this planned addiction going on around us ….
